About Avertiz

A safety practice built to stand beside you, not just hand you a report

Avertiz exists because most organisations don't need another safety course or another audit report — they need someone who understands HSE as an operational and business discipline, and can help build it properly.

Avertiz training solutions and audit & assurance services overview — classroom training, fire safety training, first aid training, electrical safety training, HSE site audits, compliance audits, performance evaluation and actionable reports.

Who we are

Avertiz is an occupational health, safety, fire, risk and workplace solutions practice, headquartered in India and working with clients in India and internationally. We work across training and auditing, and across consulting services and solutions — for organisations that want safety managed properly, not just documented, wherever they operate.

We work with Indian corporations, multinational companies operating in India, and organisations abroad, across manufacturing, construction, power and energy, renewables, process industries, logistics, corporate facilities and engineering & EPC.

Our purpose

To help organisations build occupational health and safety management that actually holds up — under audit, under pressure, and under real operating conditions — rather than management that exists mainly on paper.

Our approach

We work from direct observation of your operations, not from a generic template applied to every client. Recommendations, systems, training and documentation are built to match how your organisation actually functions, and we're structured to stay involved through implementation rather than handing over a report and moving on.

VISION

Workplaces where safety is treated as it should be

A world in which occupational health and safety is treated by organisations of every size, in every country they operate, as a core operational discipline — not an afterthought driven by regulation or incident.

MISSION

Practical, evidence-based HSE partnership

To provide training, auditing, consulting and on-ground HSE support that is grounded in real operating conditions, built to be implemented, and structured for long-term partnership rather than one-time delivery — for clients in India and wherever else they need us.

Our values

What guides how we work

Independence

Findings and recommendations reflect what we actually observe, even when that's an uncomfortable message for management to hear.

Technical rigour

Work is grounded in correct methodology and current regulatory understanding, not shortcuts dressed up as expertise.

Practical implementation

A recommendation that can't realistically be implemented on your site isn't a useful recommendation.

Continuous improvement

Systems and capability are built to be reviewed and refined over time, not delivered once and left static.

The people behind the work

How we're organised

Avertiz brings together people from three connected backgrounds, because good HSE work genuinely needs all three: technical safety professionals with field experience across manufacturing, construction and process industries; qualified trainers who can teach a room as well as they can work a site; and consulting-trained advisors who know how to structure a finding so senior management actually acts on it. Engagements are staffed by whichever mix of that experience the specific work calls for, rather than a single generalist handling everything from audit to training to documentation.

Why organisations choose us

What tends to bring a client back for the next engagement

We say what we actually see

An audit finding or a training needs assessment reflects what was observed, not what's comfortable to report — even when that means telling a client something they didn't want to hear.

We stay involved past delivery

Through Managed HSE Services and embedded placements, we're structured to see a recommendation through to implementation, not just hand over a document and move to the next client.

We scope to your actual risk

A 40-person warehouse and a 4,000-person manufacturing campus don't get the same engagement shape just because both fall under "HSE consulting" — scope is built around your specific operation each time.

We're built by people who've actually worked the floor, run the audit, and stood in front of a room delivering training that mattered. If that sounds like your kind of work, we'd like to hear from you.

QUALITY

How we hold our own standards

Independent thinking only means something if it's backed by a consistent internal standard. Here's how we keep our own work honest.

Our philosophy

Safety is a business and operational discipline before it is a compliance exercise. Organisations that manage it that way tend to find that compliance follows naturally — not the other way around.

This shapes how we scope every engagement. We start with your operation and your risk, not with a fixed service list, and we're honest about what a piece of work can and can't achieve. We don't claim a track record we haven't yet built, and we won't tell you a system is complete when it isn't.

It also shapes what we say no to. If a client asks for a document that will look complete on a shelf but doesn't match how their site actually runs, or a training session designed to tick a box rather than build competence, we'll say so directly and propose the version that would actually hold up — even if that's a harder conversation in the moment.
