Payment Information
How fees for training, audits and consulting engagements are confirmed and paid.
How pricing works
Avertiz doesn't publish a fixed price list, because training group size, audit scope, site location and engagement duration all affect cost. After you submit a Request a Proposal, we confirm a specific quotation in writing before any commitment is made.
Payment process
Once a proposal is accepted, payment is arranged by invoice, on terms agreed in writing as part of that proposal — typically a deposit to confirm a training date or engagement start, with the balance due on completion or against agreed milestones for longer engagements. This website does not process live online payments; all payment arrangements are confirmed directly with our team.
Accepted payment methods
Bank transfer is our standard payment method for Indian and international clients. Where a client's own procurement process requires a different arrangement (such as a purchase order or a specific invoicing portal), we're glad to accommodate it — raise this when we discuss your proposal.
Third-party qualification fees
Where a programme involves a fee payable directly to a third-party awarding body (such as a NEBOSH or IOSH examination fee), this is identified separately in your quotation, since it is collected by or on behalf of that body under its own terms, not by Avertiz as part of our service fee.
