How we hold our own work to a standard
Independent thinking only means something if it's backed by a consistent internal standard. This is how we keep our own training, audits and advisory work honest.
An honest starting point
As a growing practice, we're not going to claim a list of third-party accreditations we don't hold, or years of track record we haven't yet built. What we can tell you is exactly how we try to keep our own work to a consistent, defensible standard — which is a more useful thing to evaluate us on than a logo wall.
What we actually do, internally
Trainer and consultant vetting
People delivering technical content have genuine field experience in that specific discipline, not a generic HSE background.
Consistent methodology
Every engagement follows the same Understand–Assess–Design–Implement–Verify–Improve approach, regardless of which team member delivers it.
Content review cycle
Training materials and audit protocols are reviewed periodically against current regulation and practice, not left static for years.
Evidence-based findings
Audit and assessment findings are referenced to what was actually observed, not templated language.
International framework alignment
Management system and advisory work is benchmarked against ISO 45001, even where formal certification isn't the client's goal.
Honest scoping
We tell clients what a piece of work can't achieve, as readily as what it can.
On accreditation and endorsement
Where a client specifically needs a formally accredited qualification — a NEBOSH or IOSH certificate, for instance — that certification is awarded by the relevant international body itself, not by Avertiz, and we're explicit about that on the relevant programme pages. We'll always tell you plainly whether a given credential is issued by us or by an external accredited body, rather than blur the distinction.
