Certificate Verification
If you've been issued an Avertiz certificate of training completion — or you're an employer checking one presented to you — here's how to confirm it's genuine.
What we can verify
Certificates of training completion issued directly by Avertiz for our Corporate Training Programs (Work at Height, Behaviour Based Safety, Fire Safety & Emergency Response, First Aid Awareness, Electrical Safety and related bespoke programmes) can be confirmed by our team against our internal training records.
For NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications coordinated through Avertiz under International Training Programs, verification of the qualification itself is handled directly by NEBOSH or IOSH as the awarding body — we can confirm that a candidate was registered and trained through us, but the certificate's authenticity is verified through the awarding body's own process.
How to request verification
Email us the following details and we'll confirm the certificate against our records, usually within two working days:
- Participant's full name as shown on the certificate
- Certificate reference number (printed on the certificate)
- Programme name and approximate date of training
- Your organisation and the reason for verification, if you're checking on behalf of an employer
